Dakotah Reed left home in Columbus, Ga., to come to Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center.
“I wanted to get on the right path in my life. I wanted something better. Job Corps was my opportunity and the steppingstone for my future,” Dakotah said.
Dakotah is a Nursing Assistant graduate. He departed in early 2018 for Ft. Benning, Ga., then to Ft. Ruckers for advanced training in the U.S. Army.
“Coming to Job Corps and joining the Army have changed my life. I am very, very lucky and blessed. I’ve always wanted this,” Dakotah said.
