Eder Munguia has been excelling in his career only five months after completing the Advanced Culinary program in January 2018.
Since leaving Job Corps, Eder has been employed full-time as a Pastry Cook at The Waterbar making $16.50 an hour. He loves the work that he does and appreciates the opportunity to be working on the waterfront of San Francisco’s Embarcadero.
Eder has utilized the knowledge he gained from his instructors in the program to successfully transition into a sustainable career. Waterbar’s dessert and pastry selection is a requisite for their guests who prefer to finish a meal in style.
Eder is definitely putting the training that he received at Job Corps to use every day at his job.
