Massandje Boduo graduated from Horizon Science Academy, where she was enrolled in the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps. During her senior year, she learned about the Job Corps program and thought it was a good fit for her to continue her education and become certified as a state-tested nursing assistant.
Massandje began her training at the Cleveland Job Corps Center on Oct. 9, 2017. She wasted no time obtaining her State-Tested Nursing Assistant, Customer Service, ServSafe, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, First Aid, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability credentials.
“Cleveland Job Corps offers several resources and great people to help you along your journey if you’re willing for change. You can go far,” Massandje stated.
At the age of 19, Massandje signed up to serve her country and enlisted in the Army. Her Military Occupational Specialty is Food Service Specialist. She believes the military will offer her unmatched opportunities to better herself and plans to retire from the United States Army. Massandje plans always remained consistent throughout her early years of education, and the Cleveland Job Corps Center helped her to grasp and execute them.
